RESERVation:

Please be aware that your reservation is binding. In order to offer you a great bike holiday we prepare ourselves, our equipment and vans carefully, which is valuable. Therefore we request a pre-payment of 100% for which we will get in touch with you shortly after we received your booking request. Thank you for your understanding.

cancellation:

In case of cancellation of your booking until 5 weeks prior to your booking date, we refund 100% of the pre-payment. After this date we refund your pre-payment by 50% in case of illness, a medical certificate will be required.

Weather & other circumstances:

In case we’re not able to shuttle DUE TO WEATHER OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES on your shuttle day(s) we refund 100% of your pre-payment.
